Onboarding

The candidate recruitment process takes one week, many times less and some times more. We or our partner personally validates the potential recruit before initiating background screening, personality test, technical test and interview. This is then followed by video conference call from our Swedish office to check the communication skills for smooth fitment into the Swedish environment and work culture.

When you have made your choice, based on your confirmation the recruitment process starts immediately.We employ the consultant locally in Sweden. In case the consultant requires visa, migration and relocation process usually takes 4-6 weeks. For you everything comes fully packaged - including initially housing assistance for our consultants.
