With over two decades of industry experience, he has successfully expanded the company’s capabilities in R&D software engineering and technology services across the automotive, telecom, and industrial sectors.

Michael joins Siri AB as Business Advisor. Before joining Siri AB, he was engaged as Managing Director of Renesas Electronics Europe and Senior VP in the Renesas Corporation. Michael offers more than 20 years of sustained experience in general management and strategic alignment of globally operating semiconductor business units in automotive and industrial markets. His strong emphasis on business development and its execution in the sales channel, combined with expertise in organisations’ process landscapes and performance of efficiency measures in the context of post-merger integrations, make him a valuable counterpart for any active business discussion. His primary focus in Siri AB is planning and executing business strategies and help businesses grow.

Sirisha has been playing vital role in building and operational growth of SIRI AB. Her work is to create financial strategy of SIRI AB. Her earlier experience in education industry is an asset for her in managing the operations and finance of SIRI AB. Aditya spearheads employee engagement, operations and business development at Siri AB. He has 17 years of experience in IT delivery, Program management, people management, stakeholder management and pre-sales. His global experience, having worked in Sweden, UK, USA, India, Poland, Germany and France, enables Siri AB in its journey in embracing people from diverse cultural backgrounds and creating a good employee experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.
