A solution that helps in monitoring the health parameters of assets deployed at remote locations and reporting to client locations. The health of the asset is deducted by measuring various sensor parameters like temperature, pressure, fluid levels (if any), vibrations, orientation, geographical location variance. All the physical parameters are measured at regular intervals using different sensors and position is monitored using GPS module. All the measured data are uploaded to the cloud server using GSM/GPRS connection. Once the data is uploaded to the server, end-user / customer can monitor the data using applications on their desktop/laptop and mobile devices (Android phones/Tablets).
UPS systems serve as a backup power source when the mains AC power is not available. This is achieved by using batteries/Solar power as the backup power and converting their DC input power to standard AC output power. We developed the measurement, display and communication system for the UPS. Measurement system consisted of measuring the voltages (Input 230VAC, Battery 12 to 60VDC, Output 230VAC), Currents (Upto 20A AC current on input and output, up to 60A DC current from batteries). Display system included 20 X 4 alphanumeric LCD displays all the measured voltages and currents. Communication system handles the update of the measured data to the PC over the serial port. We have developed the complete hardware and software for all three functionalities.
