You will be a key contributor to the next generation outstanding, luxury cars from our customer. Together with other engineers around the world, you and your team will create innovative human-centric car technology that makes life less complicated and more enjoyable for people.

This group at client is responsible for the whole process of designing and developing interior systems. Occupant Safety within Interior is responsible for development of all Interior safety systems and consists of three different development areas: Seatbelt systems, Airbags & Steering wheel and Child safety & Cargo system. Within Seat belt system there are two agile teams and we are now looking for a new Developer who will mainly act as GDL (Group design Leader).

As a developer you will be part of one of two agile development teams that together with the Product Owner have the ownership of the seat belt system from cradle to grave. Work in close collaboration with different attributes, mainly Safety, Ergonomic and Durability Centres. Be responsible for creating product development time plans which meet the overall project plan. Lead supplier meetings and secure requirement fulfilment from our full service suppliers. Report the product development status to the Product Owner at system demos. Participate in PI planning four times a year.


Must have:
  • > 7years of total experience in Automotive industry
  • > 3 year of experience in Seat Belt  system
  • > 1years of experience in creating/handling requirements.
  • Good knowledge of system design and requirement handling in general.
  • Experience in writing design or System requirement documentation
  • Experience from automotive software development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or similar
  • Experience in MATLAB
  • Knowledge of ISO26262
