At our Siri AB Technical Development Centre in Darmstadt, we work to develop the software for battery management systems that control batteries for passenger cars and heavy vehicles. With decades of experience in batteries, our customers worked with the most renowned Automotive OEMS around the globe.

We are now looking for strengthening our management team with a delivery manager for managing the talented Engineering team, who are responsible for developing the battery management system compliant with safety standards using the ASPICE framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Able to handle day to day team needs
  
• Understand customer technology, their customer commitments and work as per customer timelines
  
• Able to guide and mentor the team to suit customer requirements/needs.
  
• Should be voice of customer to Siri AB and be voice of Siri AB to customer
  
• Should have a vision for team based on the customer's current and future expectations
  
• Shall be able to support the recruitment team for identify the right technical talent
  
• Set goals to the team, track performance and perform appraisals
  
• Inculcate discipline, professionalism, great work culture and our values into the team
  
• Identify training required for team, set their career paths
  
• Should have experience with customer escalation management
  
• Aspiration should be towards management like Germany Siri AB leadership role
  
• Able to understand and act at the discussion levels of Siri AB management
  
• Should have cultural sensitivity towards multiple cultures especially German and Indian
  
• Decent exposure/understanding in managing project finances
  

Requirements – Must list (short, and really must, no order)

• M.Tech or B. Tech in ECE/EEE/CS or similar
  
• 15+ years of Experience with automotive industry
  
• Experience in (or) exposure to running large projects, accounts etc. Especially growth accounts
  
• Should have experience with software development and validation phases of Automotive ECUs.
  
• Should have experience with Functional safety of product for ASIL C or ASIL D
  
• Should have working knowledge of ASPICE process
  
• Shall have experience with Review of work packages like requirements specification, software architecture and software verification plan.
   
  

Good to have 

• Experience with project management and process management tools.
  
• Experience with agile methodologies. 
  
• Experience with estimation and execution of RFQ process 
  
• Basic skills in the German language
